Steve - 2.6
2.6 miles in 25:09. I did a track workout last night, so this run was only 12 hours after that. I'm never a fan of running early in the morning before work, but my 5k on Saturday is at 7am, so my body should be acclimated. Stomach felt awful, so I'll need to make sure I manage the situation better for the race. Nice and easy. Legs are a bit sore from the 200s yesterday. Should be ok by tomorrow.
