Steve - 3
I was really tired today for some reason all day. So this run didn't feel great, but I at least wanted to get in some easy miles (3 in 28:00). Mostly on long grass. I need to make sure I get a lot of sleep this week . I'm also trying to get my carbs primarily from fruits and vegetables, but it's damn hard.
