Always a tough workout, but I feel good now.

  1. interesting that everything is faster except the 200s...

  2. Part of that is probably the fact that there was a ridiculous headwind on the backstretch. The 200s finished on the backstretch, and the 300s didn't have the backstretch in them at all.
