Chris - 6.45

53:19 - 8:15 pace

Feeling so good after this run! I felt strong the whole way, and even sprinted a couple times going down hills and across streets to get out of the way of cars. This run makes me way more excited about the race next week and my chances to do well. My knee was feeling better too.

  1. Good luck! Be sure not to pace yourself against the car avoidance though, because hopefully there won't be any at the race!
