Steve - 9.22

72:04 (7:49) Nike run group. Legs didn't feel great. Same route we usually do on Sundays with a tough set of stairs. Lately I have been thinking that I should try a good sports massage again. Or at least figure out some stretches or something that will help. My right calf is super tight and never seems to loosen up. I think it's related to the pain I get in my knee while running sometimes.
