Steve - 2

Mile warmup. Invited some guys from my bball team to come out to workout. I decided we should do sprint the straight, jog the curves. After 3 laps they were dying so I decided we'd get some full recovery and then bang out some 200s. So the 200s turned out to be pretty fast for me. Maybe it was because we ran the wrong distance or I was trying to impress them with my blazing speed, but my I clocked them both under 30 secs. Which is sort of fast for me these days. 29 and 28 and to be somewhat precise. Closed with lunges and squat jumps.
