Just wanted to do a short easy run today to shake out the soreness and tightness in my legs from the race yesterday. Ended up doing a sizable hill, which was fun until I had to run down all these little hills that were too steep to gain much momentum, especially since I didn't want to run very hard. I might try to run M, W, Thu, F this week depending on how I feel Thursday, and take the weekend off. That should put me at 5 runs for the week (including the race) - since Luke does his weeks Sunday to Saturday and not Monday to Sunday. I'll be interested to see what my mileage total comes out to be.
