7.5 miles in 61:50 on the wood chips in MB. After two easy miles, I did 4 miles on the faster side. Kind of a tempo run. Not as fast as I was doing tempos the last few months because I'm focusing more on keeping it aerobic the whole way. It's hard to keep a good pace on the wood chips after a few miles without pushing it. Did this run around 10am, and its getting pretty hot out here. Mile splits below.
