1.6-mile loop in 12:24, 1.4-mile loop in 10:17, 8½ minutes of barefoot grass running. I went at 9am but it was already hot. As I was starting my last loop on the grass, I saw a couple bees, so I guess I should go closer to 7am. I have found that I feel better throughout the day if I run in the morning, so it's probably a good idea anyway.
