Steve - 6.56
6.56 miles in 62:27 (9:31). Out in 31:41, back in 30:46. I Am starting to depend on this route that has a little more than 3 miles of dirt and sand for me to run on. It's a bit slow on some of the sand portion cuz its deep, but its less impact for the legs. Tried the nose breathing thing again. I was able to do it for most of the run, although I get kind of tired hearing the sound.

I remember hearing something about breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth as an effective way to get rid of a sideache. I'll have to try this nose breathing thing sometime soon. Sounds interesting.
