Speedwork with the Flyers. Boring details below. Cruise intervals again. I'm more focused on keeping things smooth without taxing myself too much. So I usually feel pretty good at the end of these workouts.

1600 - 6:36 (1:47, 1:36, 1:37, 1:36)
1.5 warmup. 400 recovery between each interval = 1.5 recovery. 4 mi speedwork. 1.8 cd barefoot.
