Was feeling tired, Alison was at work, seemed like a good day for another long and slow one. I was weak, and can't say I felt great after. I even ate an expensive organic meal beforehand (not something I do often as much as I'd like to). Anyway I needed the toilet for the last half an hour and that was no fun.
