I drank a little last night, and having realised that even just a little drink can be enough to put off your run (even if you dont feel hungover at all when just resting) I decided to wait until later in the day even though I really wanted to go. I went ater 8pm, when it was light, and finished after 9, when it was definitely about to get too dark and dangerous to run alongside a body of water.
I think I am going to try running 4 days a week soon (at the moment I'm in a routine of 3).
