Chris - 5.05

40:57 - 8:06 pace

I'm getting faster! Today I was supposed to run race pace, so I tried to take it a bit easy going out before I killed myself on the way back. According to mapmyrun, my house is at 553 ft elevation, and the lowest point of my run (the halfway point) is at 267 ft of elevation. Between miles 3 and 4 I climb from 281 to 547. So I have my work cut out for me on my way back! But its going to be really good for me come marathon time...

  1. That's brutal man. Seriously. Shin splints? If you can run those transitions, you can run anywhere! Even SF, CA.

I think the area out flat is in is like 16 ft elevation, ha. I am useless on hills. I don't even like running down hills.
