Driving to Vegas late tonight so I had to squeeze in a track workout before my softball game at 730. Pretty insane schedule I was on since this prevented me from being able to watch the NBA finals. I ended up doing a mixture of mid distance sprints.

600m in 2:01 (avg about 20 sec per 100m)

400m in 1:12 (avg about 18 sec per 100m)

400m in 81 (44,37) - intended negative split.
This was just a workout to get some decent work in at longer intervals at a decent pace. Not sure it tells me much but whatever I got in a workout.
