I was sick a lot lately. This was workout was done in a time where I could run. I got really sick the next day after this. This was sort of a random workout. I was planning on doing 200 meter repeats. What ended up happening was I did 4 200m repeats, took a 4-5 minute break, ran a pretty solid 400m with a group, took a 4-5 minute break, then did 4 more 200m repeats. I really hate my Garmin watch though. The split button is so hard to press that I never get accurate times. I'm actually going to try to return it. I bought it from REI, so we'll see. I'm tired of complaining it about as I am sure anyhow I run with is tired of hearing about it. Workout details below
4:41 recovery then 400m in 73.
5:28 recovery then 4x400 in (32.4, 35.9, 34.5, 34.6) 1:40 recovery between each
Did about 2 mile cd
