Track workout. Best I have felt in a few weeks. Only a few coughs here and there. Did a 20 minute warmup so probably 2 miles and change. Workout was 200m repeats as usual. Usual caveat about my split times being off because of my impenetrable split button on the watch. I really am an idiot for continuing to use it but I didn't have my other watch so I had no choice. All the ones starred are slow by 2 seconds or more. After the 200s, I wanted to run a 400m where I cruised the first 200, and ran hard the last 200. It went about as well as I could have hoped.
