Track workout all by my lonesome. Track at the college was closed where the group I sort of run with on Tuesday nights sometimes runs. So I went to a different track and ran by myself. I did sort of a weird workout where I started with 200m repeats and worked in some 400m intervals where I cruised the first 200 and then ran hard to finish with a negative split. I'm mentally preparing myself to run an 800 where you have to be able to run really hard even though you're already in so much oxygen debt. I'm not sure if this workout makes sense but I feel like it I got some good work in.
