The track we run at on Sunday was closed so we did a workout on a nearby hill instead. It's a 100m hill, so we did a 1 minute jog(and a little walking) down the hill as the recovery. It was a pretty moderate hill I think. Based on some very rough Google Pedometer work, it's a climb of about 30 ft in 100m. I'll leave it to Luke to tell me how good or a bad of a hill that is. I tried to gradually ratchet the times down and did so for the most part. Before and after the workout we did about a 1.5 mile run so I actually got some decent mileage in today. I decided I'm going to buy the Garmin Forerunner 610. It seems like its one of the best watches out there and I hated my old so much. Times below:
