Did a track workout with one other guy. He was running 400s with limited recovery (about 1:30).

400s are pretty tough, especially with limited recovery. I was dying on the 3rd one so I took some extra recovery. The last one he ran in 61 and I didn't have my watch but I counted from when he finished and it was about 9-10 seconds. I want to say it was under 70 because I think I counted too fast (you know cuz I was also running fast!).
I'm gonna run in a 4x800 relay this weekend so that should be interesting. Probably go out in a 65 and then come back home hopefully in 70 or faster.
