Steve - 7

58:56 (9:08, 8:45, 8:32, 8:19, 8:29, 8:21, 7:21)

Easy run on MB trail after a workout in the gym. My legs got really tired in the last few miles. It's tough to do more than 5 miles after doings legs in the gym. Just barely hit 20 miles. I'll try to match this next week, maybe adding a few more miles if the legs will allow it.
