Luke - 13.25

22' warmup; 3200m TT @10:20, 400m recovery, 3x3200m, 400r @13:05, 12:57, 12:46; 17' cooldown. Zack's workout was 4x3200m, 400r @13:00, so I did my TT and then joined him (he started a bit before me so we ran with each other when we were both going and then one would do a 3:15 lap while the other did two laps in that time, so my last five laps were alone). All four of our legs were quite dead by the end (I was going to say "both of our legs" but that doesn't make sense now does it). 6:30s, especially after a TT, are just out of my comfort zone, so if I didn't concentrate I would run a lap in over 1:40 (instead of 97)...kept the workout very tough.
Now to the Bier Stein!
