Luke - 7

7mi, 59:33 (8:30)
Two easy loops of Amazon (7:56, 7:37) warmup, then 100m sprints focusing on turnover rather than long strides. Six repeats with 300m jog between each. They took 15-16 seconds each and I could definitely feel them. Two easy loops of Amazon (8:42, 8:38) cooldown.
