Chris - bball game & lifting

I haven't posted in awhile, so I thought I'd report that I went snowboarding this weekend on Saturday and it destroyed my legs (particularly my quads), I can't remember the last time I was that tired and sore! Also had a basketball game last night which we lost by 2. We had a furious comeback at the end, making 4 three pointers with less than 3 minutes of running clock remaining (I finished with 21 points). Then tonight I went to 24 Hour Fitness after work and lifted with my coworker buddy Nate. Did mostly chest, with some leg press sets mixed in. I plan to run during lunch tomorrow.
