Chris - 8.1

75:46 - 9:21 pace

Rolled out of bed and headed out the door. The first 3 miles or so were pretty tough, my legs were tight and I was still waking up. After awhile (and stretching) I got into a nice rhythm and my legs started feeling a little better. Thirteen miles in less than 12 hours might not have been the best idea ever, but hey what doesn't kill ya makes you stronger! Time to go eat two breakfasts before work...
