Went up to Portland on Friday night to surprise my friend Patrick for his birthday...Saturday afternoon got in a quick run to Wilshire park and back, with 5 loops of the bark path around the park: 5:04, 5:00, 4:52, 4:46, 4:42.

I forgot to add: on my last loop, a group of bicyclists came down the road next to the park, and they were all naked. Unfortunately it was only dudes! How sexist.
