1.6-mile loop in 12:28, 1.4-mile loop in 10:33, then two miles barefoot on the grass, all with Zack. About six miles in I felt my shoe rubbing on my foot (I wasn't wearing socks), and when I took off my shoes for the barefoot section I had a big chunk of skin that had been scraped away, so that was a bit painful. Other than that a very pleasant run.
