Alison - 2.25

Post weight resistance run; pre-pilates run. About 28 mins plus cool down and warm up. Fartleks. Have shedded some major weight, per my weekly weight-in, which has only helped me become better at running again. Dang, why are 5Ks so expensive? We want to do the Color Run but it's $40/person! Yikes.
