Alison - 3.0

Pre-yoga run of about 25 minutes. I can feel my core getting stronger from yoga and my legs feel longer and stronger from pilates. Weee! Yoga was an hour so my legs are pretty sore right now. Came home and had a good protein shake: kale, bok choy, choc protein powder, banana, chia seeds (soaked in water for 10 minutes first), ice and flax milk (only 25 cals/cup). It's my new favorite blend.
