Ram with Darren today. I think he has unfortunately contracted the dreaded Runner's Knee injury. We were going to run 3 miles, but a little over a mile in he had to stop and I went on to the turnaround point. I walked with him for a bit and talked about his injury, then I ran the last mile by myself.
