I played another 2 1/2 hours of basketball last night, but I made myself go run today anyway. Pretty sore, started out pretty slow and made myself stretch about a mile in. I have no idea how I ended up running this pace, I didn't feel like I was going very fast at all. Guess that means I'm getting in better running shape. On another note, I was unconscious last night while playing ball! I probably shot about 60% from the field. It's been awhile since I've played like that - so much fun! I was playing under control the whole time and just taking what the defense gave me (something that can be easier said than done when you're playing well).
