Steve - 6.27

From now on I am planning on running on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, (Thursday at some point), Saturday, and Sunday. So I will always run three days in a row starting Saturday. I wanted to get in a nice easy run but challenge myself somewhat. There is a trail that is .41 miles about 1.8 miles from my house that goes all the way to the beach. I decided to run this trail out and back 3 times, faster each loop. Going out is a 50 foot climb up to 100 feet above sea level and then a quick drop down to sea level (of course because it ends right by the beach). Forgot to time the first one, but the second one was 8:21 mile pace and third one was 7:40 pace. I'm going to try do this sort of thing once a week. Doing this hill will only help I think.
