I'm pretty happy with the times, especially on the 800 and 1000. I am able to keep up that 77 pace pretty consistently, so I guess I need to work on my speed rather than my strength. I think next week's intervals will be 200s. Also the weather was brutal--rain, wind, and cold--so Zack and I are beasts just for doing a workout at all.
