Played 3 hours of basketball on Sunday. I made myself run today hoping that it will help me be less sore and uncomfortable, haha. My goal is to get 10 miles a week or more until I'm done playing basketball. I figure between bball and running at least that much, I'll be in pretty darn good shape.
