Mile loops of 7:52, 7:45, 7:34, and 7:03. My previous run was from 2-3pm, and between that run and this one I had seven pints of beer, so I was a bit drunk and tired for this one. Went pretty well though...the first couple I was stumbling every once in a while, but I felt good by the end.

ReplyDeleteHopefully 16-mid-low...there's a big hill in the middle. I got 16:56 last year.
ReplyDeleteoh right. forgot about that hill. looks like i might be doing a 5k on may 8 also(and a 10k on may 16), so we'll see what i can run. i will "train thru" of course, but i definitely want to be close to my pr..
