Luke - 6.75

23min warmup, 8-6-4-4-6-8 with 400m rest between each one, 4min cooldown. I forgot to write my times down before resetting my watch, but the 6s and 8s were on about 77 pace, and the 4s were 75 for the first and 72 or 73 for the second. I felt like I didn't have much pop in my legs, but once I got going it didn't go too poorly.
