Another pretty short run. Alison scared me. I ran ahead of her, then turned around and couldn't see her, even though it was a straight trail. She was off to the side looking in a bush for a cat she saw.
Tonight we are doing Relay for Life, which I think I just about understand now. I'm going as part of my college group called Ethics in Action, which is woefully short in members and will probably not make it the whole 24 hours. I plan to do some walking and running, and Alison wants to take the opportunity to run as well. I get the impression this is a popular thing over here, have any of you ever done it?
