Luke - 15

Did an extended version of the run Zack and I have been doing each Wednesday. Was kinda dying by about twelve miles in, but gutted it out and pushed to a decent (7:20ish) pace the last three miles.

  1. hows the groin? I finally ran today after a week with no running. seems to be doing better.

  2. Feels pretty good mostly...the first mile of a run it feels pretty tight, but after that it's fine. Also it hurts a bit to put on pants.
