Luke - 5.25

5.25mi, 41:03 (7:49)
Mile loops of 8:02, 7:51, 7:48, and 7:44. Nice easy run between yesterday's hills and tomorrow's track workout.

  4. ah. i have never seen it used like that. is it some cool running lingo to refer to 1km repeats as "ks"?..

  5. I suppose it is...I think it's pretty normal to call it a "k", as in "5k".

  6. let me rephrase: if there were numbers or other words adjacent to "ks" i would have gotten it. sorry to continue this but it's friday and I still need to kill one more hour of "work"...
