Steve - 5.75

Flyers workout. Standard workout for me. Progressive 3-mile tempo run. Stomach was kind of messed up, but still managed to drop the hammer on the last lap in 1:28. I pushed a bit on that lap, but I just wanted to see what my legs had. Definitely a good workout today. This run did make me realize that I'm not in that great of shape though. I'm not sure if I could hold a 6:20-6:30 pace for a 5k, although I was wearing my Brooks Adrenalines (twice as heavy as flats) for this workout..
