Workout with the Flyers. The massive winds from the previous day were not an issue tonight. It wasn't that cold, but I came prepared with my tights! Hadn't busted those out for a while. Anyway, I tested the groin a bit by running a nice progressive 3 miles. Went from running about 2:20 on the first lap to about 1:40 on the last lap. The groin isn't getting much better or worse, so as long as I can keep gradually building my mileage and intensity, I'll keep going. Details of the workout below
