Steve - 6

6 miles in 65:00. Easy effort. Post workout meal consisted of two different kinds of Indian curry. Couldn't resist after all the talk recently!

    I like the tomato-based ones that are hot but not vindaloo hot.

  2. chana masala and malay kofta. both veggie options, although i'm not a vegetarian. i think if i ate an indian diet, i could be a vegetarian cuz the food is so good without meat.
