Ran by myself during lunch. I tried to push my pace a little and have some fun without killing myself, since I have a 10 miler coming up on Saturday. Wore my Free's and was trying to land more on my midfoot or forefoot instead of my heel all the time. It definitely changes your stride and whatnot, but helped lessen the pounding on my knees.
And in case you guys/gals were wondering, my team lost our basketball game last night by 11. Oh well.
