Today's workout was Voimas. 3x2400 alternating 400 at marathon and 5k race pace. It went pretty well. My times were 9:59, 9:56, 9:50. I was doing about 1:52-1:54 for the marathon pace and 1:30-1:34 for the 5k pace. 400 recovery between each set.
