Zack and I were planning on doing 800s on the track, but there was a HS meet going on, so we did 1000s on the bark of Amazon instead. I did two with full recovery while he did three with ~3' active recovery. First felt okay, and then I felt really weak on the second, especially in the lower legs. I think part of it is that I haven't done anything with that long of inactive recovery in forever, so my body noticed I had stopped running and decided it wasn't going to run any more. I'm expecting to feel much stronger on Sunday.
Got home and watched the Blazers not win, unfortunately.
