Ran home from work. My right ankle was hurting, and I realized it was because my foot wasn't rolling over from outside to inside like normal, because that hurt my plantar...it wasn't a conscious decision to avoid it, it was my foot thinking on its own...so I had to really focus on making the correct movement so that I would be getting a bit of pain from the plantar and not injuring it, instead of getting a bit of pain from the ankle and maybe injuring it a bit.
