Chris - 5.35

43:44 - 8:10 pace

I'm happy with how my legs and body are handling the 10 miler from Friday. Made this run much easier to do even if the pace wasn't very fast. I read a comment on letsrun.com yesterday about how lots of novice runners train too hard and don't allow their body to properly recover - which I feel like I was doing a little bit last year. Thus I am happy with this run! I maintained a fairly steady pace and was able to finish strong.
