Chris - 3.47

23:20 - 6:43 pace

I was feeling the need for speed after I got off work. Went balls to the wall on this one and it felt awesome. All mouth and no nose breathing for me, I needed all the oxygen I could get. I like this out and back route because it still has hills for a good challenge. My splits this time were 11:55 - 11:25.
