Chris - 5.23

39:53 - 7:37 pace

This was an up and down run. Decent amount of energy at the start - was thinking about Luke's post about flying downhill so on a gradual downhill section I decided to let it loose. I felt pretty good as I got to the bottom and I got on my toes and sprinted for maybe 50 yds. Was pretty fun! I felt like I slowed down a bunch a mile or so after that. Then a couple miles from the finish my stomach started to grumble at me again - not nearly as bad as Tuesday though. As I got closer I felt like I had a second wind and sped up a bit (also to beat some cars that were coming down the road as I got to my turn).
