My bike got a flat tire on the way to work Tuesday night, so I ran home. Kinda glad I was forced to, because while I wanted to run home, I doubt I would have had the energy and motivation to do so after biking home. While on vacation I had forgotten how hard it is to run on work days. Gotta get back into the habit of running once every work day and twice every off day.

That takes guts, after work! Did you run with your bike on your shoulders or do you have a snazzy fold up kind?
ReplyDeleteI put the bike in the back of the taxi and drove it home, then at the end of my shift I changed into running clothes before dropping the taxi off. I realize now that what I wrote doesn't really make sense. It should say:

That almost made less sense to me! You drive a taxi now?! Obviously that is doubtful as you probably wouldn't bike to work when your work is taxi-ing. Wait hang on, that actually would make sense, if you don't own your taxi. And taxis do work overnights, at least taking pissed english boys home on the weekends.. what the hell! But don't worry about spending more time on this, I get the general idea.
ReplyDeleteYeah I drive a taxi Saturday through Tuesday nights (7pm-7am). I thought this was common knowledge.
